Mr. Gary McGhee - President, Marketing & Sales
Mr. McGhee joined IRIX Pharmaceuticals in
September 2000 after serving in various sales and sourcing capacities for
over 26 years in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience ranges from
Chemical Sales with Eastman Chemicals to President/CEO for Schweizerhall
during his tenure in the industry. He initiated Eastman's entry into Pharma
Intermediates production in the mid 1970's and for 9 years served as
Manager, Chemical Sourcing for SmithKline & French. Mr. McGhee has an
extensive knowledge of the supply base serving the pharmaceutical industry
and strong sales results in the supply of chemical intermediates and APIs.
Mr. McGhee graduated from the University
of Tennessee with a BS in Liberal Arts, minoring in Chemistry. He performed
graduate work at Temple University and the Wharton School of Business. In
1983, he was awarded the Certificate in Business from Wharton for
non-business graduates.
